Happy 5th of July everybody. I hope you've recovered from a busy night with family and friends and enjoy the time off. I know today's been a weird day because not a lot of people are working, but I had some thoughts in my mind. I've been doing some work with a lot of clients and I've just, I've been in the benefits space long enough to understand the situation that we're in as 4K advisors and I want to talk about it just real briefly. There's a lot of people, a lot of employees are struggling to pay their bills. Like prices are crazy high. I've got five kids. I know how expensive it is to operate a family. And when it comes down to what you have to select to spend money on. A lot of employees are getting just destroyed by the cost of healthcare. Paying for health insurance premiums is one of those necessities in life that is really you can't really go without. And I see some people that do. I mean, don't tell me it's not possible. It's possible. But for most families, that is an expense that continues to rise and it's one that they can do nothing about. They have to have it. They know that if they don't have it, it potentially could ruin everything they've built and everything I've worked so hard for. And that oftentimes takes money from the 41K, which is so interesting to watch some of the dynamic we're going through in regulations to force with auto enroll and get people to contribute when it's not necessarily they don't want to contribute. They would love to contribute, they wish they could. They can't. They don't have the money to. It's going to food and healthcare and gas and mortgages and things that they have to have the necessities of life and unfortunately. Those things are now in the form K is for the future and they can't even get past next month, let alone when they're 59 1/2 and it is a real mistake for our industry. To sit there and talk about employees in a way negative that they just, they're not educated, they don't want to do it. They wanna do it. They just can't. Because if somebody gets sick in their family, they're screwed and they have to pay for health insurance so that they can get through that scenario because that's an impact they're going to feel today, not in 20-30, forty years. I don't know why this isn't talked about more, but for me this is a real industry problem. That we've got to come together on. We've got to help people breakthrough. The mistakes they're making with their health insurance for their company so that they can free up better health care for their employees, free up more money for them to do the things they want to do and including save for retirement. So that they can leave on time, so they're not stuck in dead end jobs forever because they have the health insurance which they can't even afford to pay. Until we had start to address that better and see more and more of these benefit brokers out there doing this. It doesn't matter how much regulation you pass to get people to automatically contribute and get more money in, they're going to have to go in and opt out because they can't afford to do it. Just some thought for you. Enjoy your weekend, enjoy your vacations, whatever you're up to this month. Keep busy, stay focused. Let's continue to do our best to bring. More families, the time they want with their families to enjoy life, that's what it's all about. How do you win? Have a good weekend. See you.
