It was great to meet up with the MFL teams from Unity Schools Trust and discuss approaches to Year 11 GCSE revision strategies last half-term. Reflecting on the session afterwards, I spoke to my Year 11 niece and a few other Year 11 students about their experience of revision more broadly. What struck me is that revising these days can be interesting and motivating, even if it is associated with the pressure of the exams. The key to engaging students seems to be a blend of online activities (especially those with self-marking or diagnostic features), past papers that are marked together in lessons or by teachers soon after completion and then revision techniques - mind maps seem ever popular, for example. If you want to carry on the conversation about any MFL or general revision strategies in more detail, please DM me 👍🏻 #mfl #gcserevision #gcsefrench #gcsespanish #revisionstrategies

𝗠𝗬𝗧𝗛: I can take all of the CLEP/DSST exams. 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧: While it is true that you can take all of the CLEP/DSST exams, you should only take exams for subjects you already have knowledge of. Not only are the exams challenging, but most colleges/universities have a limit on how much college credit they will accept from CLEP/DSST exams.
