It's important to plan throughly, it's important to believe in a plan, but it's also important to keep that plan under constant review and not be afraid to change course if need be. It's been a really positive start to this financial year for Wilson Browne Solicitors, and of course a great deal of planning went into it. With some exciting new hires to be announced in coming months to join some of the excellent hires already announced this year, coupled with busy teams, its certainly exciting times! But at no point will the Board (John Punni, Kevin Rogers and myself) our FD Steve Davis, any of our Partners, Directors, Heads of Team, Managers or quite frankly anyone at the firm, get complacent.
