💡 The first time Dana Gilland said this to me, I wrote it down on a sticky note and it's still on my computer monitor to this day. Life is busy, and for women life is incredibly busy. But you've been so busy - how could this have happened??? 🤔 And you have a choice to make. ⏰ Capitulate to the situation and choose to give in to the busy, knowing your dreams are likely gone. OR 🌤 Pivot. Focus on what you want. Prioritize. Take action. Relentlessly innovate and increment your way to your dreams. Find a way. Again. And again. And again. Who are your top five inspirational female leaders in your industry? I instantly thought of Verona Frankish, Nicola Firth, Penny Desborough, Pam Barbato and Rachael Hunnisett. And I could have named many more. But I consider these as inspirational leaders that just happen to be female. Success, knowledge and expertise should be celebrated and normalised regardless of gender, social economic background, disability or ethnicity. We all grow and benefit when we all help to create an environment that enables everyone to achieve their potential. #internationalwomensday2024
