I was fortunate to have the opportunity to talk with The Wall Street Journal about some of the challenges that come along with integrating AI tools like #Copilot into the workplace. From data integrity to establishing entirely new ways of working as individuals and teams, it’s clear becoming an AI-powered organization isn’t as simple as flipping a switch. But at #Microsoft, we’re helping customers along their AI journey, step-by-step. We’re sharing learnings and missteps from our own AI adoption efforts, and delivering tools like Copilot Studio, unlocking customers’ ability to customize and extend Copilot to meet the unique needs of their business.
