Thanks for sharing Jared Spataro . Adopting AI with a people-centric approach is crucial, and it’s important to have open discussions about how it can enhance organizational efficiency. In this context, every company has a significant responsibility to promote reskilling, ensuring they can embrace these changes ethically and positively. This involves supporting the workforce in reskilling and preparing for future challenges, without the temptation to seek AI talent outside the company. With very effective AI reskilling programs, we should be able to find these talents within these respective organizations.
Love this case study of a “people-centric” AI adoption strategy, exemplified by Wallenius Wilhelmsen's 80% increase in Copilot users, underscores how intentional, data-backed approaches can dramatically enhance workplace productivity and innovation ..

I think a people-centric adoption strategy is so smart. Love this: "Our vision is that employees should be surrounded by technology but not burdened by it."
Thank you for highlighting our story! We could not have achieved this without the amazing partnership with Microsoft 😊
Interesting!
Congrats to the leaders at Wallenius Wilhelmsen for taking the “big leap” of “being friends with AI.” What they did after the holiday break to regain traction is a good counter to the tailoff issues you posted from the WSJ article.
Thank you for sharing the story of Wallenius Wilhelmsen's AI adoption strategy. The support and partnership from Microsoft is highly appreciated.
Indeed, Wallenius Wilhelmsen's thoughtful AI adoption strategy with Microsoft Copilot is applaudable. But it needs robust cybersecurity measures to have a safe run. As AI systems can be targets for cyberattacks, so implementing strong security protocols, regular assessments, and continuous monitoring is crucial. Balancing innovation with security ensures sustainable growth and protects valuable digital assets.
