I am sure you guys have watched, most of them, I mean there is no superior feeling or inferior felling. Only few Observation I feel while working as PM. One of my friend call me and said lets start consultancy on Cold storage construction. I found relatively growing market and interesting, Well, I found myself a preacher nothing more than else, No ground level understanding, Only Good presentation, Creating a Umbrella of Price and so on. What I really feel, consultant gives you to work on multiple industry but does not give you the ability to create something new and even existing one. lets take a small creation of shoes, could be mountain to them. I feel, People Might not agree with me, But that's fine. Similarly, PM also acts a consultant these days and following stakeholders words, try to keep themselves at a safe location and use the firm fund to gain growth and revamp product 100 times. I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately and one of the things that I’ve been thinking about is how I actually became a property developer and Investor.... Do you ever think about where your career journey began? I’m the first to admit I always knew I would be having some involvement in property in one way or another having seen the benefits of it growing up as my dad did the same. When I was in school I was always convinced I was going to have a high flying career in Law (having watched Ally McBeal when I was younger - can anyone else remember that show?). I went onto law school, college of law and about to head into a Law career but something just didn’t feel right… I just couldn’t see myself doing Law anymore… So I had a career change into a commercial role as a Global Commodity Manager with Rolls-Royce - a global role which I absolutely loved and taught me so much - both personally and professionally. All during my 10 year career at Rolls-Royce I still grew my property portfolio and business as I always knew the importance of having assets and doing strong investments (both hands on and hands off investments) But deep down my passion for property, investments and helping others achieve the same took over and I decided to follow my passion and do it full time. The best decision I have ever made…I know its cheesy when you hear people say that when you find something you love doing it never feels like work. But I honestly believe in that statement so much.   So if you’d asked me years ago if I thought I could ever be doing multi million pound developments and investments working with wealth managers to assist their clients, other property developers and every day investors I would have said no. But life is full of surprises and I’m so glad this is where it led me! ❓How did you start out?
