National Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims is recognized by our group of companies as a day to take time to remember fellow Canadians who rely on us to make our roads safer. “In Canada, there are approximately 1,900 road fatalities and 150,000 injuries each year.” (Transport Canada). Thankfully, road safety in Canada is improving thanks to improved safety programs and collision prevention devices.   Crash testing is a way to evaluate the crashworthiness of roadside hardware that provides peace of mind to designers, owners and operators that the barriers we build will perform when it’s needed. We are invested in the development of roadside safety barriers and the accelerated adoption of MASH crash-tested barriers. One crash is too many.

The Canadian National Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims commemorates victims of road crashes on Canadian roads. As a partner to Canadian transportation authorities, we play a role in bringing MASH systems to market that are proven countermeasures in helping to manage roadway departures and reducing roadway fatalities. #roadsafety #MASH
