As we approach the incorporation of SynPlexity as a Delaware C corporation, I wanted to offer a sneak peek into the progress we’ve made towards our first product offering. Behind the scenes, we’ve been hard at work with a variety of readiness activities. During our discussions with investors, there is naturally an interest in our capabilities. Rest assured; we are a company that is ready to hit the ground running. Our first offering is based on the successful synthesis of 86 unique libraries, with significant work that meets the standard for product development. In the course of the work, we stand behind 150 successful total syntheses to date, including a high-profile collaboration with a leader in the industry. Additionally, significant efforts over the past year were invested in the development of enabling elements for the core technology.  These achievements mark significant milestones not only for our team but also for our customers as it is our mission to scale innovation. Looking ahead, we’re not resting on our laurels. Last week marked the beginning of planning for our third product offering, which promises to be a significant departure from our initial products. This upcoming product is designed to further push forward what is possible in large scale proteomics discovery. To cap the week off with a bang, we've recently submitted a powerful disclosure that expands our technological capabilities even further. While details remain under wraps for now, this advancement underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence. We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to share more about how SynPlexity is setting new standards in gene synthesis and library construction. Please reach out to me for more information!

Thank you to Schrödinger's Karen Akinsanya and co-panelists for the compelling conversation at #BIO2024 exploring the impact of machine learning on drug discovery and R&D. In case you missed it, here's a snippet from the panel discussion: “The opportunity ahead of us is this extraordinarily powerful new tool in our toolbox that allows us to do science at scale. Machine learning will allow us to leverage and build upon decades of investment that have gone into the scaling up of biology and experimentation," stated Karen Akinsanya, president of R&D, therapeutics. "At Schrödinger, in compound design we are routinely scoring billions of compounds on a single target program using physics to find the optimal molecule with great properties in the multi-parameter optimization problem. It's really that ability to scale the physics with machine learning that enables this new approach.”

Proteomics Knowledge Hub: Have fun with it. “I tell people that when they get started with CyTOF, first of all, don’t be afraid to try new things with this tool. There are many suggested uses, but there are also a lot of uses for CyTOF that have yet to be discovered, so don’t be afraid to think outside of the box.” - Chad Stevens CyTOF uses the application of mass cytometry. It uses a Time Of Flight detector, similar to a mass spec, because it does not use fluorescent tags. It uses metal tags. That's it. So now that you've seen behind the curtain, select the projects where you think CyTOF can add immense value, and get going.
