Thanks for sharing Jason, I like your tips. I refer to this as family reentry and the struggle is real!

If I am not working, I feel out of place. I have my own business. I hate days off because I’m out spending money.,Indon’t have I like to work every day and struggle on the days off. I work out six days a week I go running I do spin class. I do meditation, breathing classes and cold plunge. I have the day off today and I feel so out of place. I worked out this morning and I’m left with nothing to do

Men need transition time! Use the drive home or a routine when you walk in the door from work or travel...it is vital to set expectations. Put your keys in the same place, remove shoes, change clothes, request 10 mins to adjust then greet the fam! Request that your wife support you with transition time...it will make such a difference!

I struggle to transition with home-to-work mode as we have to be more well-behaved and less blunt 😅. The same mindfulness is the only option.

When I worked it was practically no separation - damn companies that require 24/7 pager and cell phone response within 15 minutes 365

Really good tips for daily life in general, not just for transitioning back into the home/family mindset. I've been working on these myself. I like your writing prompt. I may test that one out for a while.
