Conversion of office buildings to multifamily accommodations accounts for the largest share of adaptive reuse projects in the multifamily construction pipeline at 45,000 units, according to a report by RentCafe. 2moThis is great and all, but I was on the Construction side of this company, as of yesterday they did a mass layoff on the renovations and turn side and laid everyone off. No heads up no nothing just a phone call and goodbye. We all have families we need to take care of as well, Lessen do a better job of letting their people go on the side of the company instead of slapping us in the face.
