A guitar is a stringed instrument with a flat body, a long neck with frets, and typically six strings. 🎸
It can only make good music when a player with technique and the right skills gets a hold of it.
In my hands? A jarring, discordant mix of unpleasant sounds.
My point? A guitar is only as good as the person playing it.
There's levels of proficiency too. Some musicians know music theory better than others. Some practice more than others. Some know their scales better. Some collaborate with other musicians and can generate new ideas more effectively.
Similarly, CRM software, with all its promises to manage relationships, improve profitability, and streamline processes, is only as good as the strategies, processes, and people using it.
Without the above, CRM software cannot deliver its promises to your company.
Technology alone will not help you gain market share, improve revenue, or make your company the best in its market.
If you want to learn how to make "music" with your technology, you need to learn the strategies, plans, techniques, and processes that the best companies use to see an impact from their technology.
How are you staying abreast of these strategies?
How can you keep improving your processes?
Which companies are you studying?
Focus on the "other" stuff, not just the technology.
