I found out about Algolia and came here based on the opportunity to build an ecosystem to help drive growth, 3 years ago, and although we have an AMAZING ecosystem of partners in ISV, SI and Cloud today, we are not even close to optimizing what we can do to benefit the customers of those partners , the partners themselves, and ultimately ourselves. It's definitely not overnight. Our CEO Bernadette Nixon knows it, Our CRO Michelle Adams knows it. If your CEO, CRO or CMO depending on who owns this function above you doesn't see that, I'm hiring talented people that know how to build relationships, deliver value to multiple parties and outright have a great time getting people to work together. #hiring #partnerships #ecosystem
