Overwhelming your leads isn’t how you’re going to book a demo. Sure, you need to be persistent – but persistence doesn’t mean messaging your leads at odd hours during the day. In fact, our recommendation is not to message your leads outside of working hours at all. But what are you supposed to do when you're responding to contacts outside of normal working hours? When you thought you had a call at 9:00am but it was really at 9:15am and you get 15 glorious minutes back in your day! It's why one of my favourite ways to hack your to do list is to write the amount of time it takes next to each task. Because when you find these little pockets of time you can either: ⏰ Spend 15 minutes looking at your to do list wondering what you should do first, or start something that takes an hour....stop in the middle and inevitably have to start all over again or ⏰ Knock off three 5 minute tasks that otherwise would have continued to pile up, and then go post about it on LinkedIn
