Oyster's mission is three fold 1) Deliver direct investment in the form of jobs to less developed parts of the world, by enabling employment without forcing people to leave their families, their communities, their countries.   2) Deliver a global talent pool to address the knowledge worker shortage in the developed world, which is only getting more acute.  3) Build a human-centric culture in an organization that promotes growth, development, builds connection and relationships, delivers results, while minimizing the negative work impacts. 600 people in 70 countries, $1B Valuation, $100's of millions in direct investment.
