Well said Jen! It seems like a jump on the surface but when you dig into the reason WHY re-enlistments numbers can be negatively impacted YOY it's clear to see that family support is at the heart of this issues. It's vitally important we set these families up for success and open doors for military spouses to continue their career journey.
