Amphibian Parental Feeding: Ringed Caecilian Nursing Young with Milk-Like Fluid. Observe a female ringed caecilian (Siphonops annulatus) nourishing her offspring with a fatty, milk-like substance. The young caecilians snuggle close to the entrance of her reproductive system. Shortly afterward, the mother releases the nourishing fluid generated in her oviduct. These snake-like creatures are the initial amphibians documented to utilize this feeding method. This accelerated video is 600 times quicker than the original footage.

We are honored to bring another subject we have been working on for a long time to the literature. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 At the beginning of his/her training, an Emergency Medicine Resident encounters the saying "Good Emergency Medicine provides analgesia at the right time, in the right place, with the right method". As a team, we have been working on Emergency Department management of Mass Casualty Insidents in recent years. We have previously discussed the concept of Start in Disaster with a publication. Another post in this series. Now the concepts of which analgesia, with which method are almost determined. However, for the question of when, the connection with triage was not clear, although there were recommendations, especially with guidelines. By saying START-A, we made ANALGESIS immediately after Triage and Rapid Interventions more memorable in the chaos of the Emergency Department as a result of mass injuries. Of course, it has a special importance for us as it is our hello to 2024 broadcast. We wish everyone a good new year again.
