This 1,500 gallon interceptor is being installed at a car wash to capture oil, grime, grit, and more before it enters the sanitary sewer system. When Nick Sciabica and his family decided to start a brewery, they knew they wanted to grow their own hops.  And why not? They have successfully grown grapes and olives in Modesto, California for nearly 100 years. But, a new crop means a new trellis system.
