Purpose: How many times have you heard, the question, ''What is your purpose?" During the first Team Conduit, LLC speaker series, Kelly Dolan explored many aspects of what makes a Legacy Business. Purpose was one of the ingredients of a Legacy Business. What was interesting about revisiting my purpose, is that I have not lost sight of Alluring Glass's purpose. The Purpose of Alluring Glass is to build the people who are building Alluring Glass. Our Purpose also includes building into our customers (Our customers are owners of remodeling and new home construction businesses.) However, what I have stopped doing, was casting an enthusiastic and clear message to our staff, reminding them of Alluring Glass's purpose. Just because the purpose is clear and motivating to me, ''Vision Leaks'' and I've been ''asleep at the wheel'' thinking that my staff is as clear and motivated as I am to our purpose. I'll be including our purpose in our staff Monday and Friday Huddles and ensure our entire team re-engages in Alluring Glass's purpose.
