Hi there. It's Elaine Johnson here from Jets. And I just want to say that there's some amazingly exciting news that I want to share with you and that's subjects as actually decided now to go with an amazing partner and to be able to put in Glofox as our new technology platform for our membership. As far as the projects that go within the business, this is by far the biggest project. Will ever do and it's really important to get this partnership rights and so we're very, very excited to be able to do this with Glow Fox and I'm here with Mike and who's actually from ABC, which is the company that owns Glofox to tell us more about what we've got in store with our projects and as a new partnership, yes, we could not be more excited. I think that partnership is just a perfect pairing. You've got obviously an amazing brand within Jets. You've got a stellar team. I've had the opportunity to meet up. Two of them and they're just great and amazing clubs in a beautiful part of the country. So just congratulations on that. We could not be more happy to help support you. You've got a, a very, you know, aligned mission that we have with ABC as well, and that's ultimately providing exceptional experiences for your members and we could not be more proud to support that. We better get on with it. Yeah, we're gonna get on with it. But real quick, before we go, I just wanna also congratulate you. You just launched a new book, which is high performance through happy people. Just I think it shares a lot about your culture and ultimately what you've built. If you've not had a chance to get a copy of that, please do. I'm pretty sure my autographed copy is somewhere around here, so I'm looking forward to that. But yes, we'll get on with it. Great. Again, great partnership. We couldn't be more excited.
