It's a pity you followed such a tired thought process in selecting a site for your dream. With a little imagination, you could have looked up Dayton-Cincinnati region here in Ohio. Not only such giants as Safran, GE Engines, GKN, Honeywell Avionics and a host of other innovative aerospace+ aviation related companies but with the unparalleled cache of being in the birthplace of aviation and godfathers of flight- the Wright Brothers. And, yes, all the required talent that is required to be a world class org. Finally, all that without the cost of compliance to silly regs concocted by a bizarre bureaucracy.
