Proud of my friend Harshida Acharya for raising the profile of women in supply chain. In 25 years, I've seen and learned a lot. I've been the only women in the conference room, not even sitting at the table but the in the chairs BEHIND the table. All eyes on me when someone needed to take notes. Brought in to fix a mess while everyone assumed that I made the mess. We have come a long way. But I still love the controlled chaos and how every day is a different problem to solve. I love helping people manage change and there's no shortage of it in supply chain. I tried a different industry once.
