Thanks, Elizabeth Herbst-Brady. You’ve helped build amazing momentum for us here at the new Yahoo. We’re all truly excited for you and your next chapter. On our end, I’m thrilled to announce the promotions of three incredible execs who will take Yahoo Advertising into the future, effective today. Rob Wilk is being promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, continuing to report to me. Adam Roodman will take on the role of SVP and General Manager of the Yahoo DSP, and Alia Lamborghini will take on the role of SVP and Head of Global Sales for the Yahoo DSP, both reporting to Rob. Adam and Alia are a powerhouse leadership team, who have been the key drivers of product, strategy and sales growth for our surging DSP business. They are also great partners, and I look forward to seeing the new ideas that emerge from their collaboration with Rob, who was already off to a great start at the helm of our consumer ads business in his first few months back at Yahoo. There’s so much more we can do to help our advertising partners tap into the performance at scale that Yahoo uniquely brings to the table. Let’s go get it. Congrats to all.

So excited to welcome Rob Wilk to Yahoo to run our newly-established consumer ad sales group. We got to know Rob when he ran advertising for Microsoft, which included oversight of their deal with Yahoo. We were impressed by his strategic thinking, his amazing team, and his knack for being a great partner, which led to a seamless negotiation on our extension. Rob is a former Yahoo (from the Jerry days!) who has seen it all in the ad world, and is still passionate about the Yahoo brand and possibilities, even after years away. It's alive! Awesome to see the new Yahoo news app, powered by our Artifact acquisition, launch today. Wired says "It's kind of like Spotify, but for news. Even at first glance, the difference is immediately noticeable. The app looks slick and uncluttered, and it’s simple to navigate." Great job by Kat Downs Mulder and her amazing team on the Yahoo side, and of course Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger for creating Artifact and then working with Yahoo to make this new product a reality. Email is easy to take for granted in 2024, but for most people it's still a fundamental part of running their day-to-day lives. In many ways it's their real home online, even as they've added more forms of communication and consumption over the years. For 25+ years, Yahoo Mail has been a trusted partner for hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our team, newly led by Rob Gelick and Kyle Miller, wants that to be the case for 25+ more years, so we've taken this product incredibly seriously. We think there's a lot more we can do, product-wise, to make email communications and inbox management a much richer and more useful experience. We really want to see how far we can go to help our users more easily and effectively manage their lives through their inbox. That starts today with the launch of the new Yahoo Mail.
