#UnpopularOpinion 👀miss me with uproar. Until SHRM shares their reports on 1️⃣ Neurodiversity and Pass Rates 2️⃣ Sustainability or Solidarity pricing for access to content and conferences 3️⃣ Salary Bands across designations according to size/revenue of companies 4️⃣ Total comp pay disparages across US regions and industries 5️⃣ Diversity stats across designations - transparency in state councils 6️⃣ educates the history of HR and TA in the U.S. and its direct line from chattel slavery in America Miss me with all this “uproar” about Anti-Equity SHRM. They have never been about equity; it’s all performative. They took one word out and it triggered commotions. James Baldwin said it best “I can’t believe what you say when I see what you do.” They are and have always been a meritocratic governing body. #antiHRHR #cubiclerebellion

Someone should remind them about the antiracist foundational BOK (book of knowledge) terms
