Use energy to get energy! I’ve just started working at Radial Europe and I think many of you recognize when I say that you sleep really deep first couple of weeks when you’re in the onboarding process. At least I do. Som night can’t remember to have hit the pillow. So, how to keep energized? There’s probably more than my way but I use energy to keep energized. Last week I was visiting our site in Stadt Halle (Saale) , and it was my first time in that city. And wanted to see the town. And was dead tired at the same time. So I vent out of a run. Took a direction through the city towards the park at the water. Got two things done in one: I got to see the city and I got energized (and also worked of that pizza I had at lunch). 1yJag jobbar mycket med mina egna tankar och tillåter mig själv bara vara orkeslös under en viss tid som jag själv bestämmer över. Ex några timmar max en halv dag. Därefter får jag ny energi om jag tar en promenad ute i naturen eller åker ut till min dotter på landet och umgås med hennes hästar.
