Meet Joan Colletta, one of the brilliant minds who will be joining our panel. 🎉 Joan is an award-winning, integrated global marketing leader who has led transformational results for some of the world’s largest, most iconic brands and complex consumer companies, including McDonald’s, Heinz, Kellogg’s, Miller, General Mills, Kimberly Clark, Hallmark, Corona, Purina, and Allstate. With a unique hybrid background spanning client-side, creative agency, and media experience, she places creativity and customer-centricity at the heart of the marketing organization to create more valuable relationships between brands and consumers at every stage of the customer journey.   Most recently, Joan spearheaded McDonald's global creative and marketing transformation, sparking a brand renaissance that yielded unprecedented business results and earned recognition as the Most Creatively Effective Global Brand by both WARC and Effie's multiple years in a row. Prior to McDonald’s, Joan was Managing Partner and communications Planning Lead for Mindshare North America and held leadership positions at Miller Brewing Company, Cramer-Krasselt, and Leo Burnett.   A regular contributor to the creative industry, Joan has been a speaker at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Brand Innovators, the ANA, and 4A’s conferences, and a Finalist Juror for many top global creative award shows. She also serves on the Board of the Chicago Advertising Federation.
