When I recently told you about our Partner Ecosystem, I focused on our tech partners. But another key component of our ecosystem is our agency and services partners. Together with our Professional Services team, these partners provide everything from strategic consulting to “hands-on-keyboard" implementation services aimed at aligning teams, identifying growth opportunities, and accelerating value realization.
So what does that look like in real life? I'm thinking about one example, where our partner COMM helped our customer BioCatch launch a targeted account-based model. Not only did BioCatch increase their active pipeline by 5x, but they also moved 6% of their full target account list into the pipeline stage — a 63% increase in accounts in active engagement!!
This kind of scalable collaboration — based on the level and type of support that’s needed — is key to helping customers win more and derive maximum value at every stage of their business.
