Worth considering. Large organizations have trouble with this concept. We could learn a few things from small businesses that are more involved with their employees and their lives. More active listening and less emphasis on productivity actually might help retention as well.

POWERFUL! This description of integrity is incredible. Just think of what we could accomplish as individuals and as teams if we chose to have integrity more often. Choosing is a verb. It is an action. And we should actively be engaged in having integrity in our interactions with our colleagues, ourselves, and our personal relationships. Just think of it 🤌🏼

I had a few parents speaking to me about how much I taught their children and how much impact I had with them, and I always wonder what did I really teach them? I totally agree💯 Integrity is an essential value in both personal and professional spheres.

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's easy to forget that you can actually choose to focus on the positive. In any situation, take a breath and remember that the pain is temporary, and you get to choose your response. The situation doesn't have to define your mood. You are in control, and it will only keep you down if you let it. Don't let someone else drag you into their negative version of "reality". We are all living in our own personal reality which is created from our thoughts. Do you want to focus on the positive thoughts and have a happy reality or the negative thoughts and have an unhappy reality? If you're questioning whether the "positive thoughts/happy reality" would even be real, the answer is that you decide what's real for you. You decide what's important and what/who has control over your mood and overall, your reality. It's incredibly empowering to be in control of your own reality and be the one who decides that you can still have a wonderful day and be happy in spite of things not going your way the entire day.
