Inspiring to see how teams across different orgs are transforming their departments using Rippling! Reading about their experiences highlights how streamlining HR, IT, and finance is saving them from the burden of manual work. It’s a great reminder of the power of the right technology in enabling teams to work smarter towards strategic initiatives.

I’ve recently taken on some DIY work around values—setting, maintaining and living my values as I see them in my life right now. The reason for this exercise is quite simple (though not something I’ve really sat down with and made space and time for before): if we know what matters the most to us then we can align our words, actions and interpersonal relationships to meet those needs for full and rewarding connections. This is the tool I used from the Barrett Values Centre — it took ten minutes (costs $20) and the report I received is quite insightful. It provides feedback on where my values align with the model for contribution, collaboration, alignment, evolution, preformance, relationships, and visibility. Personally, I found my values fell heavily within the “evolution” area of awareness: “during this stage in our development, we establish a sense of our own personal authority, and our own voice.” And to this I say, better late than never! https://lnkd.in/g99GQeRC
