Our idea of failure and how we respond to it dramatically shapes our identity and, consequently, how we live our lives. When we fear failure as an end-all-be-all rather than viewing it as an opportunity to learn and iterate, it can significantly hinder our personal growth, creativity, and ability to reach our full potential. In this episode, Brett Kistler and I explore the transformative power of embracing failure as part of life's journey. We discuss how shifting focus from outcomes to effort can lead to unexpected and remarkable results, strategies for reframing failure as a stepping stone to success, and real-life examples of how embracing what we think of as “failure” leads to better results and breakthroughs. Fearing failure is living in a fantasy life. Life’s innate nature is to experience failure. That’s what growth means. Success is far short lived that most people think. However if you use failure as a tool, you will see the dividends are paid over a lifetime. Great post Joe Hudson
