When building a startup, as a founder, we tend to be overwhelmed and excited about our idea, but that one thing we tend to forget is that our emotions can come in the way of asking the right questions to the potential customers in the target market. As a founder a little bit of reality distortion field is necessary but not so much that our enthusiasm cannibalises the very idea it was excited about. Asking the right questions in such a way that the answers aren’t skewed, is the only way to truly build something that our customers want. Thoughts ?? This in-depth understanding of your product, market, and customers can be the parachute that helps you navigate periods of difficulty that startups inevitably confront. Most participants agreed that trust plays an essential role in the collaboration between #scaleups  and corporations. The participants, who came from startups, scaleups, investors and corporations, brainstormed and collected important success factors. They analysed the different phases of the relationship, beginning with identifying potential pilot customers, building the collaboration with them, to scaling the process in order to achieve growth.
