Out of the many campaigns we run around the impact we deliver at Deloitte, this one is probably the one that most resonate with me for three reasons: 1. I have now been working with the International Olympic Committee – IOC for sometime supporting Marie Sallois and her team in the incredible work they do around #purpose, #impact, #legacy, #genderequality, #diversity, #equity, #inclusion, #sustainability 2. #thefirsteffect is something that strongly resonate with me, my work and how i interpret it. I find it challenging and highly rewarding to work on things for the first time. It takes drive, courage, leadership and vision - all things i value and try to learn and master 3. #sustainability needs more and more of those first effects. A lot to reinvent with courage and i hope the 2024 global sustainability agenda will be full of new firsts!
