Last week, I had the opportunity to hear Hemant Lamba from Infosys share his thoughts about "The Convergence of Duality". What does this mean? Some examples include: Clients want Cost Optimization and Growth Dealing with structured and unstructured data Balancing the outsourcing and insourcing These are just a few examples. The point is demands from the market, clients and customers come in all shapes and sizes and in some cases, they look opposing. Service Providers and we at ISG (Information Services Group) need to be prepared to answer the call. It's less about being flexible and more about being ambidextrous.
