Latinos are the largest group since COVID to create small businesses. The economy grows from the bottom up. People at the bottom, like my clients at Operation HOPE, are seeing these challenges but they're also feeling that they have a chance to grab the ladder of aspiration and grow. Civil Rights is really important, but now they want Silver Rights. This is the Aspiration Generation and that's what Atlanta is. Thank you to CNBC for having me on to spread the word about Operation HOPE and what we have to offer Americans. #OperationHOPE #America #wealth
We know why you think they going to give a black person money to start a business? Think about it come on its not the black people felt we all know how it goes we woke .now my idea of a filter to help save people life's around the world you think I can go to any place and ask them I need 50.000 to do research on a filter I won't to invent then tell them what's it about how fare you think I'm going to get ?? Now imagine I was white. OK then let's get to the root of the problem you know it the world knows it to its like a elephant in the room and nobody sees it. My name David Arbuthnot jr I'm on LinkedIn you think someone say well you have something here instead they will try to steal it or try to copy it in there on words my world health disinfecting air filters will change the way filters are made to help save people life's. Watch.
That's what I'm talking about! Latinos turning dreams into dollars and proving hustle never sleeps. Like you coined it — Silver Rights is the new civil rights—building that generational wealth, one brick at a time. Atlanta, you better watch out, 'cause the Aspiration Generation is coming for the crown. Keep grinding, folks!

The innovation in the Black and Latino communities is incredible! It's a shame that to the VC world it is invisible!
Wish you were running for President Mr. Bryant. We need people that can speak to these things.

For someone like me, it was simple, I refused to let my potential be at the mercy of accidental managers who are presumed competent (but are actually VERY neurotic) in their ability to lead and develop talent because of seniority. Entrepreneurship is hard, but so is finding out you're expendable when you're a director making $400k and your firm no longer needs you. I prefer my chances.
