Bravo to this brother and whoever else is part of this age policy. They’re saying that there are certain standards and requirements here. Older folks just want to come, have dinner, and have a experience. The fact that Black folks are doing this in a black establishment, not somebody else doing it to us, is what you call making smart sexy again. If you go to my financial coaching at Operation HOPE, maybe I’ll set up a deal to refer the mature folks in the city, to the restaurant. What?? Who’s going to address how we got here in the first place? Part of the problem we face as a society is that when we see a systemic problem in our communities, rather than formulating solutions to the problem, we become a part of it. If we’re seeing a decline in young adult maturity, we acknowledge it and help to remedy the problem - not immediately move to put up defenses to justify ourselves. In my early 20’s, I was never denied service at an establishment. That’s because I carried myself in a manner worthy of respect. That came from the village that raised me. All I’m saying is to address the issue in the village, not create a new one. I’m out. ✌️

In the vibrant city of Atlanta, there was a remarkable restaurant called “Elders’ Haven.” This establishment was not just any restaurant; it was a sanctuary for the mature and wise, a place where older folks could come, have dinner, and enjoy a unique experience tailored just for them. The visionary behind Elders’ Haven was a brother named Marcus. He believed that the older generation deserved a special place where they could relax and enjoy their evenings without any disturbances. Marcus, along with his dedicated team, implemented an age policy that set certain standards and requirements for entry. This policy ensured that the ambiance remained serene and respectful, just as the elders preferred. The community was abuzz with excitement and admiration for Marcus and his team.

Hmmm... Females have to be 30... Males have to be 35. So Males have 85.7% of the maturity level that Females do. I guess I know the rules now. Fascinating... Does this apply to Pro Athletes and Executives as well or just low born commoners, peasants, serfs and peons. 🤓

Is this different than someone deciding not to allow other segments of the community into their restaurant? I see a distrimination law suit in their future

That's a great initiative. It's important to support black-owned establishments and promote financial education.
