3yJohn Lilly can you tell me what support Instagram offers to small business owners that have had their accounts hacked please? Mine was hacked last night, even though I have the ‘Authy’ app. The perpetrator now want to sell me my own account back for £1000. The instructions on the Instagram site to regain my account don’t work, the account name has now been changed and I have no way of contacting Instagram. This is extremely unprofessional, I have held my account for over 7yrs without any concern. Your customers need help and none is being offered. Can you please help me before the account is deleted permanently by the hacker? Thank you.
