EHS facilitated 'Agile Leadership Training' has broadened the uptake of complex situational analysis & sharpened my adaptive leadership skills.

Awareness Training for Leaders! I've been in the leadership development field since graduate school and even founded a multi-million dollar business. However I wish I'd spent more time with personality assessments, particularly Hogan Assessments. We are all very different, however when it comes down to it we all have similar traits. These traits impact our performance as leaders and personality assessments are so good that they scientifically identify these traits and predict performance in our role. You don't have to spend a fortune on assessment centres, though they absolutely have their place. The attached article shows that a great personality assessment tool, generating solid reports, a thoughtful feedback session and a good development plan can significantly increase a leaders performance in their job. And I agree!
