I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Real Estate Financial Modeling from Adventures in CRE (A.CRE) This course included approximately 100 hours of video lectures and Microsoft Excel based financial modeling challenges, including CAP valuation methods, DCFs, cash flow and lease modeling, debt, and income statements for all of the different property types. I’d like to thank Spencer Burton and Michael Belasco for putting together such a great course to further my knowledge and development into the world of Commercial Real Estate.
