I agree with the Chamber. Too much. Tcpa consent will soon be a one pager. Over regulation.

Expect regulators and state attorneys general to demand that companies using AI for calls and texts to insist on proof of prior consent for these communications. They are also likely to demand that voice service providers, including platform operators, that have customers using AI have information proving that their customers are following the rules.
