The true meaning of “mahalo”: To Hawaiians, “mahalo” has a deeper meaning than simply “thank you”. It conveys appreciation and respect for the world and the people that inhabit it. As DCP Midstream transitions to Phillips 66 today, I reflect on my 11.5 years and the incredible people I worked alongside. I am very proud to have played a role in the advancement of the NGL segment, technology ventures and energy transition. As I evaluate opportunities for the next chapter of my career, I will always hold sincere gratitude for the mentors, colleagues and friends at DCP. #energytransition #wearedcp #midstream #gratitude #mahalo Mahalo 🤙

Happy #internationalwomensday to my wife who is a force to be reckoned with and shows our kids everyday just how capable and critical women are to advancing innovation, technology and global priorities - your drive, grit, leadership and presence impresses me everyday. On #InternationalWomensDay, let us celebrate the women who have paved the way and our allies who have supported us! One core memory I have is when Phil Regnault came with me to an International Womens Day keynote presentation by #flygirl while at a technology conference, and he was one of maybe 4 allies in a room of 2500 women - and, he didn't even think twice - no one asked him to come, he wanted to be there. As I look back over my career, some other important allies who sought my opinion, recognized my grit and chose me for accountable, #leadership positions and assignments over and over are Troy Lutes, Justin Winter, Dave Sheridan, Brian McIntosh, Melchior du Boullay, Hicham Abdessamad, Steve Vandehey, Feroze Mohammed, Sanjay Jesrani, Philip Townsend, Nat Rosenthal, Douglas Allen, Brian Erickson, John Frank, Matt Colquhoun, Chris Arisian, Avanish Sahai, Siddhartha Agarwal, Vipul Aggarwal, Venkat Mahalingam, Kevin Dooley, Jeff Nuzum, Oliver Parker, Don Tirsell, Jerry Lacasia, Brian Goldstein and of course Steve Kohn, Kevin Ichhpurani and Michael Clark.
