Aeroflot Airlines itself does not have such type and new ones have nothing to do with SU itself. Soon or later they will come. Secondly, Tu-214 can be produced by factory in Kazan in a quantity of 4-5 per annum - not a big deal. There will be enough other customers. But…the key moment is that this type was designed according to ancient standards - with third person in the cockpit (board engineer). For SU this is the showstopper, no matter the design bureau and the producer promised to “look at the issue” MC-21 needs to prove its operational efficiency. Maybe it will be better than its Chinese rival (and potential alternative for SU) which is already operational? Let’s see….
