I came across Dean Srikant Datar's commencement address for the Harvard Business School Class of 2024, and one powerful phrase resonated deeply with me: "Hard work with humility for humanity." This simple yet profound mantra encapsulates the essence of what it means to be a true leader in today's world. 🔹 Hard Work: Success is built on dedication, persistence, and resilience.
