The professional’s Touch on my brand. It's the 14th day of super amazing results. Participating in the challenge has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me yielding tangible results and fostering personal growth along the way. Within just a few days of joining Williams Tomide Sodunke 21 days challenge several noteworthy outcomes have emerged, highlighting the significance of such engagements. First and foremost 📌 the increase in engagement has been remarkable. This heightened interaction not only enhances visibility but also fosters a sense of belonging and connection for me. 📌The opportunity to forge genuine connections has been invaluable. Engaging with like-minded individuals who share similar interests and aspirations has facilitated the establishment of authentic relationships. 📌the generation of leads signifies a tangible impact resulting from participation in the challenge. Each lead represents a potential opportunity for growth and advancement. I have generated 4 leads since I started the challenge. In essence, the challenge serves as a fertile ground for personal and professional development. It has helped me enhance 📌visibility 📌cultivate meaningful connections 📌pursue valuable opportunities. Is anything truly impossible? We throw that word around quite often. This is impossible, that is impossible but what is actually impossible? I don't generally believe in impossibility!!! I believe in possible and probable and making the seemingly impossible happen!!!! Last night, we made the seemingly impossible happen!!! In my long career, I have seen some seemingly impossible things happen again and again, I have been part of many of those seemingly impossible things becoming reality, and have worked with some of the finest food and beverage professionals on the planet to make the impossible happen. Last night, 3.5 weeks after acquiring the food & beverage contract of a professional minor league baseball team, our new partners, The Gastonia Professional Baseball Team, we made opening night magic, re-energized a community and built the foundation for many years of future success. All the blood, sweat and tears, countless hours working to the point of exhaustion and beyond, we accomplished something that moves to the very top of the greatest accomplishments across my career. It was something magical that had no business happening. The process at best normally takes a minimum of 6 months, we didn't even have 6 weeks. It was borderline impossible, however, I don't believe in impossibility, I thrive on making the seemingly impossible happen. Not only did we open successfully, we opened with record per caps, great fan enthusiasm, rave reviews and families leaving with smiles on their faces. These are the moments I was made for, we were made for. The best is yet to come. This photo doesn’t do the last few days justice. Conferences(Assemble Holidays would be a more appropriate name) often seem to come at a time when you don’t want to be away from your desk etc. BUT wowee was it great to let the hair down over the last few days, get to know people from our sister businesses better and to get the “good oil” from some of the best in the business about what’s helped them be successful in business and to build successful businesses. The common denominators were the importance of hiring good people, with shared values, who will add to an already great culture, be kind and to provide opportunity. Look forward to the next one.

NNBC Employee Spotlight, Deb Miller! Deb has been with NNBC for 33 years! Deb has held various roles at NNBC throughout her years and currently holds the position of team lead/production coordinator in our metal solder division. We can always find Deb on the floor leading her team daily and making sure they have what they need to make the product for your orders. She is a wonderful asset, knows the products of her department inside and out, and has a depth of knowledge. Please take a few minutes to get to know Deb a little more. You will soon learn why she is so appreciated. 1. What do you enjoy about your role? - As a production coordinator it keeps me busy, and makes me think. It feels good to help move the product out to the customers. As a group leader I have a good relationship with my supervisors and coworkers. I can rely on them, and they can rely on me. We bring out the best in each other. 2. What is your favorite NNBC product that is manufactured? - Acid Brushes! 3. What is the best advice you can give someone who has just started their career? - Ask questions, no matter how small or insignificant you think they might be. 4. What was the first gig/live music event you went to? - Journey, Styx, REO Speedwagon at Hershey. 5. What is a dream vacation like for you? - Australia or Italy and I would soak in all of the local favorite spots.
