"Mixed" ad spend will CRUSH you! Why? (and what is it?) "Mixed" ad spend is defined as ad spending on campaigns containing ASINs from more than one Parent ASIN listing. Imagine this scenario... Listing A is taking off, margins are great! Now is the time to push harder. Listing B is rapidly running out of stock. We need to pull back spend so we don't accelerate this and create time for the shipment to get checked in. But oops! These products are in the same campaign. For Product A we need to increase the budget, for Product B we need to decrease it. There's no good answer to this 👆 That's why we check for mixed as spend as part of our 'Top-down' Ad Audits.
