Rolex's battle against BeckerTime has taken a turn. The Fifth Circuit has just upheld a decision that's got everyone talking. Despite Rolex proving trademark infringement, the court said "no" to disgorging profits due to the laches defense. What's at the heart of it? BeckerTime's customization of Rolex watches with diamonds and aftermarket parts, selling them as genuine.
