After nearly seven years, I've decided to leave Asana. It's never easy to say goodbye, but it's time to move on to my next chapter. I'm feeling incredible gratitude for and pride in the team and all that we've accomplished together. I was brought to Asana to create a thriving #community of passionate customers, who would spread the word to grow Asana within their teams and beyond. The community team and program started from zero, and since then, we've... - Grown the Forum to over 660,000 users - Recruited over 26,000 Ambassadors - Hosted 900+ community events for nearly 40,000 attendees (mostly in person!), representing almost $100M in pipeline - Dramatically increased adoption and retention for customers who leverage the community program Community, as it turns out, works! Building and scaling the community program took, well, a community. I interviewed with you and your team, and even though I didn't get the position, it was still one of the best interview experiences I've had thus far!
