Guiding Women in Tech Leadership to Architect a Career They Love & Define Success under their Rules | Master Executive & Leadership Coach | Fractional Engineering & Product Leader/Advisor | ex-VPE at Tile | ex-Apple

As 2024 unfolds, let's take a moment to appreciate the remarkable journey of 2023, particularly in the tech realm. It was a landmark year with the ascent of generative AI, seeing a significant 59% of software engineers incorporating tools like CoPilot into their coding process. This surge in AI technology has reshaped our workflows and spurred a wave of inventive solutions. And this is just the beginning -- I predict that in 5 years software engineering will look very different than it did in the past. For me, 2023 was a blend of overcoming personal challenges and achieving professional milestones. Facing unexpected health issues in May taught me a crucial lesson: sometimes, the most impactful action is to step back, focus on personal well-being, and recalibrate priorities. This shift in approach didn't just maintain my business -- it flourished, underscoring the strength found in mindfulness and strategic focus instead of hustling. Professionally, it was a year of enriching experiences, guiding over 20 exceptional women leaders. Each success story, like that of a client who not only landed a new role in just three months in our current challenging job market but also went from Senior Engineering Manager to Director, has been a source of deep fulfillment. Moreover, my partnership with a major tech company to coach 15 women software engineers has been a rewarding journey, fostering their development as influential individual contributors. As we embrace 2024, I'm inspired not only by the achievements but also by the lessons learned: the value of resilience, the power of prioritizing health and mindset, and the exciting potential of emerging technologies. What's a standout experience or insight from 2023 that you're taking into the new year? I'd love to hear your stories. Let's motivate each other for a year filled with innovation and personal growth! Wishing everyone a year rich with advancement, creativity, and fulfilling success. 🚀✨ #ReflectingOn2023 #TechAdvancements #GenerativeAI #LeadershipGrowth #Resilience #MindfulLeadership #WomenInTech #NewYearNewHorizons
