Happy New Year! As we welcome 2024, I'm excited about all the coming year will bring: new connections, communities, and opportunities for learning and growth. Despite a challenging end to 2023; my hubby and I missed Christmas, my Dad's 80th Birthday, and New Years due to a first time Covid Positive result for Nick Fesinstine and I... and then I learned what Covid-Rebound means. Regardless, I know the year ahead is bright! As I was planning for the year, I came across a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt that resonates deeply as I look ahead: 'The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.' This year, I am thrilled to continue building my dream business with peoplepower.ai to demystify AI through daily insights for HR and non-tech professionals. I'm working on some big projects right now, including live learning sessions, authoring AI for non-tech guides, running workshops for innovative teams, and speaking at amazing gatherings. I can't wait to share more - and amplifying some of the most amazing voices in AI and People Leadership along the way. 🤩 I'm also incredibly honored to be named a 'Top Voice in Artificial Intelligence' on LinkedIn. 🚀 Wrapping up 2023 with immense gratitude! 🌟 Leading an extraordinary team through challenges has been a highlight. Kudos to their resilience and commitment, we delivered features with ambiguous requirements! The value delivered through incremental builds showcased my cross-functional team's agility! 🤝Professionally, conquering complexities with simple solutions was a shared victory. I learned to experiment with a new dimension of my skills. As a result, I was excited to share the success of five children's books 📚 and an activity book with my main characters 🖋️, each with a powerful life lesson. Became a published author in record time [Self-published 6 books, including my Activity book in 8 months]! My commitment to 💡innovation shone through with new patents filed.
