It was good to join Brian Sumers and Jon Ostrower on The Air Show podcast. We talked about the momentum we have here at United Airlines and what comes next – as well as what I do outside of work. Spoiler alert: 📚 📚 📚 https://uafly.co/3x7dunc
you know what should be really high on your agenda? negotiating a contract for your flight attendants, i honestly don’t know how you wake up each day knowing you treat your frontline employees like garbage. morale is low low low. have the guts to support your front line workers instead of pushing smoke all across your social media channels and the wider world stating how you “value” and “respect” your flight attendants. truth is, YOU DON’T. #CONTRACTNOW
Thanks for coming on the podcast, Scott Kirby. You were our first guest, and we were thrilled to have you.
How about some decent food options that are dairy free. I’m flying United first class and besides vegan meal, everything has butter or cheese in it. The vegan meal was rice and carrots in tomatoe sauce! Seriously? Not even a turkey sandwich as a choice? Your food and beverage manager should be fired. I spent $20,000 for my wife and I are flour round trip and you don’t even have any decent food choices without cheese or milk in them?
Enjoyed hearing about United Airlines' plans and your personal insights. Looking forward to more!
Fantastic conversation. Truly enjoyed the authentic take and discussion.
If you could bottle whatever was on flight 934 from Newark to Heathrow on 31 May you’d be in good shape. The perfect transatlantic flight, from the food, IFE and comfort to the crew and the punctuality. All tip top. Even the restrooms smelled great for the whole flight! Bravo to the team.
I enjoyed working with TheFriendly Skies but left in order to do airline sales. Another airline promoted me to Sales Director for six north east states. Is UAL still friendly?
Nice , anyway to get larger planes into BNA, they are growing so fast there! Your missing out on 💰growth for sure….
