Working in an international environment is an opportunity to meet people from other cultural backgrounds. Working with the language is not only about being able to speak a foreign language, but also about having a deeper understanding of the habits, mentality or situations that exist in a given nationality. The working culture in each country differs, although there are similarities. On German work culture in the video below.
