Key Responsibilities:
Master of Finance Operations: You'll ensure that all finance-related activities, including Accounts Receivable, Payable, and reporting, are executed with accuracy and efficiency. Your meticulous attention to detail will keep our financial processes running like clockwork.
Human Resources Champion: Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. You'll guide a dedicated administrator, ensuring that every aspect of HR management is handled flawlessly, while you maintain a strategic overview.
Strategic Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your innovative approach will help push our business forward, streamlining operations and improving overall performance.
Leadership and Development: Lead a small but mighty team of administrators, fostering an environment of growth and development. Your leadership will inspire your team to reach new heights, ensuring they are cross-trained and ready to take on any challenge.
What You Bring:
A solid background in finance and/or HR operations with a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and add value.
